The damage is not altered by weakness or resistance, except when a Pokémon is immune. Seismic Toss doesn't receive STAB. In Generation I, Seismic Toss hits Ghost-type Pokémon, even though the type has immunity to Fighting-type moves. In subsequent generations, the type mechanics were corrected so that Ghost-type Pokémon became immune to Seismic Toss. | |
